Each adult who will be living in the rental must complete our online application.
You must provide at least 4 weeks of pay verification (ie; pay stubs, direct deposit statements, or bank statements).
If you have additional income such as child support, SSI, second employer, TCA, or pension /retirement income then proof will need to be provided.
A $30.00 application fee is required to process all applications. Married couples can send one fee for both of their applications.
This fee is non-refundable and can be paid online via credit card or in person via cash or money order.
There is a small administration fee to process credit card payments.
Yes. Your household income (all income coming into the household) must equal 2 ½ times the amount of rent per month or greater.
Yes. Upon the approval of an application, a deposit equal to one month of rent is due to remove the unit from the availability list.
Please DO NOT apply until you are ready to make a deposit.
Holding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Applications can be denied for the following reasons:
- You have ever been evicted.
- You left owing another property money (paid or unpaid).
- You have an outstanding utility bill on your credit report (electric/water).
- It is found that any information on an application is misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest.
- You do not income qualify.
Unfortunately, pets are NOT permitted at any of our rentals. If you have pets please do not apply.
